Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all products, programs, and services offered by Dalton Rios LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the brand The Life First Method (the “Programs”). By purchasing a Program, you agree to this Policy.
1. Digital Products
Our digital Programs — including the Free 7-Day Playbook, the 90-Day Playbook, the AI Self-Guided System, the Self-Guided Video Course, and the AI Coach — provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase. For that reason, all sales of digital Programs are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Coaching
Coaching fees are non-refundable once scheduling begins or the first session takes place. Any deposit is non-refundable. Additional refund and cancellation terms may be set out in your separate coaching agreement, which will control with respect to that engagement.
3. Business and Implementation Services
Fees for business or implementation services are non-refundable for work that has already been performed. Platform and software fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.
4. Payment Plans
If you purchase a Program using a payment plan, beginning the plan commits you to paying the full balance. Electing a payment plan does not change the refund terms above.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Policy, that action is itself a breach of our Terms & Conditions, and we reserve the right to respond accordingly, including by suspending access to the Programs.
